Who's ready for a brand new challenge? After smashing the live January Bootcamp and February Abs Challenge on the app, we're bringing you two new programmes for the whole of March. Let's do this together and you'll feel fitter, stronger, healthier and happier.

Super Sweat Saturdays

Every Saturday at 8am

  • This will be a savage 45-minute HIIT workout to kick-start your weekend. Join the new bootcamp for sweaty sessions you won't regret.

Sunday Stretch Sessions

Every Sunday at 8pm

  • This will be a 30-minute relax, stretch and reset session. The focus will be improving mobility and flexibility, and getting ready for the week ahead.

Don't worry if you can't make any of the live sessions, these will be available on-demand in the app so you can catch up any time.
